Overview
These terms govern appointments booked with Radiance Detailing ("we," "us") through https://radiancedetailing.com or by phone. Prices shown online are estimates based on vehicle size and service selected; final scope is confirmed at the appointment.
Booking & confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee immediate confirmation. We will follow up to confirm your appointment time, access details, and any special requirements. You are responsible for providing an accurate service address, phone number, and email.
You must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle and a suitable work area (driveway, parking lot, or garage with adequate space and lighting). We arrive fully self-contained with power and water.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Free cancellation or reschedule with at least 24hours' notice before your scheduled arrival window. Contact us by phone at (617) 206-0828 or email at hello@radiancedetailing.com.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows (vehicle not available or inaccessible at the scheduled time), may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the booked service price, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid or the option to rebook at no extra charge.
Pricing & payment
Online prices are starting estimates for the vehicle size and package selected. Additional time or fees may apply for heavy pet hair, biohazards, excessive soil, or conditions not disclosed at booking — we will discuss this with you on-site before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods communicated at confirmation.
Service limitations
Detailing results depend on vehicle condition, age, and prior damage. We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects. Paint correction and restoration services address light-to-medium imperfections only unless otherwise quoted.
You are responsible for removing personal valuables from the vehicle before service. We are not liable for items left in the vehicle.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Radiance Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that appointment.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Personal information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Massachusetts.
